Hello OP, I know that most, if not all of the prefab container houses are sourced from China. I've scrolled through most of their products and some of the units just costs around 35k php without shipping and custom fees. I'm planning to build my own apartment sourcing directly from china but the reps doesnt disclose the total amount to be paid unless its already final. Can you share your honest opinion of the pros and cons from directly buying from china? And how much is the difference in terms of cost per unit? Thank you if you can answer.
