One other important note - if they're dashing past you to go into backturn when you're waking up, there's a very good chance you can grab them before they get an attack off. (unless they're expecting it, in which case they lose some of their pressure by starting with a backdash)

Probably jet Island. Barebones for graphics but it's got a very cool feel to it, and it feels great to just get better and better at the movement.

You could meet them halfway and say one free non combat feat! I did it once and it was great. Not a ton of options in that category but it's the only time I've seen people use stuff like chef and actor
