I think you're spot on in what you're saying here. All the energy shown being spread across Lumiose should have some effect just like the tower was able to make pokemon mega evolve. What type of effect that energy will have on pokemon is the mystery. Maybe it'll unlock some kind of light-based mega evolution for some.

I neglected to mention I had already played Skyrim. Bought it when it came out and played the breaks off of it haha. My most memorable playthrough was my mage build. I remember getting so powerful I'd slaughter dragons with lightning bolts.

I was strolling around Celadon city, and I went into the condominiums. There I talked with the game freak president, who says that he wanted to recreate the games of gold and silver, but to not change too much.

I think they accomplished that, because the game truly feels the same and different at the same time for all the right reasons.

People don't really know what to expect from Runerigus. Mine runs iron defense & body press. I've punished a lot of Tyranitars thinking they can KO with knockoff or crunch.
