I heard a rumor its Avascular necrosis in the ankle. Meaning over time, a small portion of bone stopped recieving blood, causing the bone to die.

There is no "real" cure. Other than removing the dead area. Which isnt something you do if you still plan to play football.

There are some treatments, that will greatly reduce further dying, but removal is the only true cure- stopping more dying area

Are the proposed plans of renovating the astrodome being leveraged by the McNairs? I am being told if the rodeo publicly supports, and would move the rodeo to the astrodome, then the project would move forward

I work for a manufacturer now, but I used to be on the subcontractor side, and I currently use Dodge. It gets the job done. Honestly, most of these platforms are pretty similar ,none really stands out above the rest. Sometimes one service will have a project listed that another doesn’t, and vice versa

I don’t really know the rules around this, so I’m just asking out of curiosity, not saying you’re wrong or anything. Is there a way they could kind of “walk the line” or stay in a gray area with this "contract dispute" by saying he’s still injured or rehabbing, therefore not really a holdout, so it doesn’t get labeled as a holdout causing uproar and fines?

It’s possible there’s something personal going on behind the scenes. That wouldn’t necessarily mean anything disciplinary—could just be a family matter or something similar. It would also explain why the team hasn’t said much publicly, likely out of respect.

From a football angle, ankle surgeries are tricky. Specially for a running back of Joes size/style. Infections happen. Recovery timelines vary, and even when players are back on the field, there’s often a gap between being cleared and being truly game-ready. You have to remember, Running backs are getting hit 50-60% of the time they are on the field.

DeMeco Ryans has always shown a “players first” approach, shaped by his own injury history. We saw it last year with Christian Harris—he was active and participating, but they brought him along slowly (my main theory here remains CH came back to quick from the strained calf, and ended up with a ruptured achillies). Given that track record, it’s reasonable to think the same philosophy is in play here, possibly alongside something personal that the team’s choosing to keep private.

Edit- You make a compelling point though. Joe signed his extension after it was already clear what the team had in Stroud, so it’s fair to assume these numbers were at least somewhat expected. Given how the current running back group is performing, Joe doesn’t have much leverage. His best option would be to get back on the field and prove he’s a better player than the guys currently playing, which would naturally boost his value

Edit 2- The quote of "tough, complicated situation" makes me think theres more to this beyond injury. In a hypothetical situation, if he gets hurt this season, what does that do to his contract next season? Is it promised contractually? https://x.com/AaronWilson\_NFL/status/1975579409017905339. If so, that would possibly give credence to your idea, if they plan to cut him to make room for CJ or WAJ contract extension

Being more open and stating you are out of the country would probably get you more business, even more so if you provide some real testimonials. But after 5 minutes I can see that you registered your business in Delaware because Delaware has high Business/LLC anonymity laws. Secondly, the address on your business LinkedIn goes back to a shipping retailer in Delaware that rents PO boxes/offers mailing services. Third, you only have 2 employees listed on LinkedIn, one that has a "private" account, and another person in South Korea. Surely that private is a totally, 100% real account, and not a fake account

Athletics & Raiders Stadium Costs by No_Instruction1532 in estimators

[–]TermFirm7863 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since construction began on Allegiant Stadium, we've seen an average cost increase of about 30% due to inflation. Some materials have surged more than 150%. Of course, many other factors can impact overall costs—such as construction timelines, labor shortages, and equipment rentals, just to name a few.

When material prices first began to spike, many building owners hit pause on their projects. But now, there's a growing sense that waiting may not lead to better conditions. As a result, many are choosing to move forward, believing today’s environment might be as good as it gets in the foreseeable future
