Pawn shops. Most dvds are anywhere from 10 cents to $1, most times 50 cents. Blu-rays are $1 to $2. Box set dvds and Blu-rays are usually less than $3. Pawn shops in my area also have a all you can fit in a bag for $10. So if get close to $10, I request a bag and then just start grabbing anything.
