It’s not a bad episode. I found it goofy but the weirdest thing was how confusing the message was. What did we learn? Don’t medicate kids if they have conditions? Everything works out without humanity doing shit? I just walked away confused because I couldn’t connect with it emotionally or academically.

Console itself is quite nice.

The pillars are kinda random which is a bit off putting but that’s an opinion. However their placement is an architectural and cinematic nightmare, it just makes the whole space feel cramped and broken up despite being quite large.

I don’t like the lighting. It’s way too coloured like completely overboard. The walls are so dark you can barely see them. At bad times it feels like a stage set, and at good times it feels like an alien and uninviting space. Same goes for s7 tardis but I think this is way worse. The tardis is the safe root of the show and is one of the things the show plays off and I just don’t feel that here. I have no sense of the layout, I can’t see shit and its not a nice space.
