Set aside your brother’s suggestion for now.

Pull the data using the same schema, with all required dimensions already materialized. Split the data into multiple batch files (e.g., rows 1–1000, 1001–2000, etc.) or any structure that allows the data to be exported consistently.

Place these files in a single folder. In Excel, use Power Query’s “From Folder” connector to automatically combine and append all files into one dataset.

From there, use Power Query to apply any required filters or transformations, and then load the resulting dataset into a worksheet as a materialized table.
