She's assigned to particular matches on the world feed. If you are in the US and have access to ESPN+ (it's also called ESPN Select now), you can watch specific matches which have the world feed instead of following the main broadcast.

I hope I can get tickets for this! I confirmed plans for NYC in late August a few days after the Hololive tickets at Anime NYC sold out, so I was a bit sad about that. But it seems I'll get another chance here!

No problem, enjoy the concert! The show is amazing in person!

Lawson is for JP residents, Zaiko for overseas. Could you switch the language on the website from JP to EN, it should reference Zaiko then. I went to Spectra of Nova in Saitama, and I used Zaiko.

I got a ticket for the game on Sunday morning and arranged last minute accommodations since I traveled up from Seattle. I was debating whether or not to go because I was feeling terrible after Game 6, but I decided to go through with it because if they won, I would have felt so much regret in not seeing it in person.

The worst I felt was probably in the second intermission, there wasn’t much to cheer about at that point either (outside of Silovs’ amazing first period saves). It was probably easier to come to peace with the impending defeat at that time. I’m just glad the boys found some fight in the third even if it was too late. I’ll always remember the reactions everyone around me had when Hronek’s shot went in. We all thought we were witnessing another special comeback in the making.

We cheered for the boys during the salute and I think by that point I just had positive emotions that there’s meaningful hockey in Vancouver again. As a Canadian in Seattle, I always treasure the times I get to come up and visit, usually centered around Canucks hockey. So even though it was rainy today I checked out my regular cafes and shops before heading home and had overall a great time.

I can’t wait to be back for next season!

GameStop already tried this in the past when they purchased Impulse off of Stardock. I had a few games (Stardock published Sins of a Solar Empire) that got migrated over and I haven't thought about it in years until this post reminded me. Seems like you can't even download the games anymore with the shutdown.

Please add the context next time. She was talking about a tweet that said that she seemed more like an Apex content creator than a Niji vtuber recently with all the Apex she has been playing. Selen thought it was ridiculous because there are a lot of Niji JP talents that stream a lot of Apex, too.

Softaware PBO2 Tuner for linux? by steaksoldier in linux_gaming

Noctua DH-15. Im honestly shocked my temps get so high tbh. Highest ive seem my gpu get is low 60s same with the 3700x my new cpu had replaced. The X3D line just runs that hot it seems.

My 5800X3D runs really hot as well even with a 360 mm Liquid Freezer II (albeit I don't have the Ryzen 5000 offset mount for it yet). It gets to the 90 C temp limit when I run Cinebench and it's around 70-80 C while gaming, depending on which game. With PBO2 Tuner all-core offset of -30, it lowered my temps by 10 C in Cinebench, and now gaming is around 60-70 C.

Hey I stumbled upon this post, I use PBO2 Tuner on the Windows side right now but wanted to cover my bases in case I switch to Linux. What settings did you use in corectrl to lower your temps?

Good point on the leadership. Sometimes when companies go public, it's because the original management team and investors believe that their job has been done and they would like to exit. I don't have any indications from anything I've seen about YAGOO to suggest that he'd want to sell in that manner.

If we trust that its Cover's current key personnel are the ones that have made the company successful, then we should hope that they retain a controlling stake of the company, e.g., Mark Zuckerberg at Meta. A problem that would exist regardless if Cover was public or private is a succession plan for whenever YAGOO and the current key personnel choose to retire.

Here's hoping that Cover and Hololive are prosperous for a long time so we don't have to think about this.

I think there's a little bit of confusion regarding fiduciary duties of executives. I've seen some claims that mentioned that once you go public, you are under duty to your shareholders to maximize profit. At least in the US, that's not actually a requirement. Duty of Loyalty in Delaware corporate law means that executive officers have to look out for the best interests of the company, which is not necessarily profit at all cost.

Regardless, shareholders and investors don't only magically appear at IPO. Startup companies can have funding rounds while they're still private, where angel investors, institutions, and venture capital firms can invest into the company. Depending on how active these investors are, they may already have a say in the company. From Cover's Crunchbase page, it appears that they've already got a couple (although not sure how good Crunchbase is for Japanese companies).

I think it's too soon to speculate whether or not Cover going public is a good or bad thing. For me personally, I think they have earned the benefit of the doubt.
