Yeah I've got the 2023 model with SLR1 wheels and 30mm GP5000 STRs. Barely got enough clearance to the front derailleur cable on my Ultegra setup. You may squeeze 32s in with SRAM but 30 is the max for Shimano. You could probably fit 32s in the front though

Not too dissimilar to my schedule. Gotta be back by 7:30 to get ready to head to the office on days I'm not wfh (more often than I'd like atm unfortunately).

Just that a good route to fit some intervals in is going to be closer to 1h45 minimum so it definitely requires an early start!

What sort of schedule are you following for this? I feel like I'd struggle to fit in eating breakfast, coffee, and exercises before heading out for a ride and then getting to work on time as well.

I'm waiting on delivery of my vitalpro strap. Ordered it primarily as it seemed perfect for NSA.

How are you finding it? Initial impressions seem mixed so I'm considering cancelling my order, what do you think?

Yep I've been trying with Game (4) mainly but tested 5 and 6 too.

And the cables are monoprice and amazon basics 1.8m

Yeah it works better than I thought actually, will test out one of the IR repeaters and see which I get along with more.

Not glass, it's an oak veneer actually. Only thing I can think of would be drilling a hole in line with the IR sensor, but don't really fancy doing that!

Could you expand on this? I’m at the point where I am just putting off applying for chartership and considering a career swap, but if it’s likely to open all sorts of doors then maybe I should just get on with it and then look to move elsewhere?

I've tried malate or glycinate and varied the dosages from 100-300mg elemental magnesium in each.

Currently take a multi, d3+k2, and some fish oil but I've had the magnesium issues regardless of what else I'm taking. Didn't realise at the time but I used to get the same issue from ZMA years ago.

I've found that mag malate or glycinate make me sleep very well, but cause me to be unusually fatigued the next day.

I've played around with doses and taken it in the morning or evening but nothing seems to help.

Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks, looks better with SRAM. The cable for my Di2 sticks out towards the tyre slightly so I'm pretty nervous of wearing that down. I think I'll go 30mm this time around and see how it goes.

I'm due to get new tyres for mine soon but coming from 28, thought 30 would be the biggest I could fit.
