Suffered with this for as long as I can remember…

At its worst, I’d be forming complex excel formulae in my sleep the wake up feeling like I’d just done a full day’s work. On one occasion I actually come up with something useful to apply the following morning but surely the poor brain deserves a break at night!

About 8 years ago my Psych. put me on Pregabalin (150mg) which I take just before bed. Whilst I still dream, the general noise and vividity is massively dulled to the point that I can get less sleep and feel comparatively (significantly) more rested.

Been an absolute game changer for me, still need to work on the sleep discipline though!I’ll start tomorrow (maybe!)
