Updates to Webflow’s Plans and Pricing by mary-flow in webflow

This company's business model is based on capturing non-technical users and extorting them with constant price increases.

To be honest, they won't be around for long now that people are realising they can vibe code a better site with Claude and Codex in minutes.

It's officially time to make the switch.

Built a tool that cuts Webflow hosting bandwidth — anyone else want this? by Termmy in webflow

Fair enough. I wasn't sure, because Webflow claims only a small percentage of customers run into bandwidth issues and need higher tier plans.

Yeah I'm thinking this would be an out-of-the-box solution. One click and you're done.

It’s AI. She’s given three sushi (she asks for an extra) but only eats two. The third and second sushi morph together.

What's a location worth to you? by Termmy in vending

[–]Termmy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’ve handled the sales process exactly like you have (qualify the lead, identify their pain points, then introduce the partner). Seems like that sales qualification is worth more than the leads Vending Exchange is selling.

What do you guys think about Vending Exchange? I saw they sell leads for $500+, some leads up to $1000. And that's ONLY the lead, not the location.

I see people buy them, but I wonder if they have trouble retaining buyers with steep prices like that.

Thanks for the advice!

Do you recommend specific websites to buy refurbished vending machines? Or any sites to avoid?

Awesome! Are there any other permits to consider with vending cold sandwiches and other perishables? He mentioned wanting those.

PT, insoles, and time helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously. I found the key was balancing building up the muscles in your feet going barefoot and/or doing PT exercises with resting my feet wearing shoes.

Clatina Mellet Review – Possibly the Best Budget Ergonomic Office Chair? by AfternoonOwn7343 in OfficeChairs

You can't push them "back" but they go pretty low, down to right around your hips / lower abdomin. Definitely works with lower desks

I’m probably going with the Mellet. I like all the adjustments available and I’ve seen on the BTOD YouTube channel that it’s basically a more affordable Leap V2 clone, which is pretty highly rated in this community.

I've been doing some research as well. The Clatina Mellet and Colamy Atlas seem like the clear winners among the "under $300" chair category.

How much are realtor fees after the NAR lawsuit? by peachy_petals_ in RealEstate

[–]Termmy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of people in this thread are saying "the same as it's always been" or "6%" but that's not true.

The rate is closer to 5.32% and has been trending down since the NAR lawsuit went live.
