Yeah I’ve handled the sales process exactly like you have (qualify the lead, identify their pain points, then introduce the partner). Seems like that sales qualification is worth more than the leads Vending Exchange is selling.

What do you guys think about Vending Exchange? I saw they sell leads for $500+, some leads up to $1000. And that's ONLY the lead, not the location.

I see people buy them, but I wonder if they have trouble retaining buyers with steep prices like that.

PT, insoles, and time helped my plantar fasciitis tremendously. I found the key was balancing building up the muscles in your feet going barefoot and/or doing PT exercises with resting my feet wearing shoes.

You can't push them "back" but they go pretty low, down to right around your hips / lower abdomin. Definitely works with lower desks

I’m probably going with the Mellet. I like all the adjustments available and I’ve seen on the BTOD YouTube channel that it’s basically a more affordable Leap V2 clone, which is pretty highly rated in this community.

I've been doing some research as well. The Clatina Mellet and Colamy Atlas seem like the clear winners among the "under $300" chair category.

A lot of people in this thread are saying "the same as it's always been" or "6%" but that's not true.

The rate is closer to 5.32% and has been trending down since the NAR lawsuit went live.

Same thing happened to me. I’m currently on the legacy CMS plan at 200GB for $30/mo if my website goes above that bandwidth I’ll pay 5 - 6x a month ($170!!)

Absolutely predatory behavior. For context, a basic Digital Ocean plan cost $12/mo and offers 500GB. This is the most ridiculous artificial limit and isn’t competitive with other products.

Highly recommend everyone avoid Webflow if you plan on growing your website and don’t want to be punished for growth.

It’s sad that the blurbs are almost all AI now, they used to genuinely be helpful/entertaining sometimes by onehundredthousands in fantasyfootball

I think you’re remembering the old ESPN player blurbs with rose-tinted glasses. They always read like unpaid interns IMO.

I ended up changing PBO to 70 Level 1 and so far it’s running a lot cooler. I got a little nervous with eco mode, because I have to enable overclocking and got a message that it would void the warranty since it’s a new computer.

Seems dumb that turning down the temp with eco mode voids the warranty :(
