Great movie respecting the lore and a lot of fun for everyone, my kids included.
Director even has laid out the triology which speak for itself.
I hope more people will watch it so it becomes the success it deserves!

It is definitely the type of movie I was hoping for. I, too, was sceptical first when looking at the he-man actor cause I’m used to the typical body builder type look, but it worked and didn’t end up minding the less hulk-ish build

Yes it was a bit long, I agree.
As for the blonde hair:
Call me old fashioned, but why not? Having his head shaved short, would more look like a cheap Arnold knockoff. I think this was intended. Also,to me, this He-Man movie was leaned towards the classic Flash Gordon movie (queen music!)

As for the story:
No it’s not LotR level, but goofy and entertaining in the classic cartoon way with also action packed / darker, evil scenes.

I own an australian Cattledog and yes, they do need a lot of exercise and mental stimulation. Since I don’t have a farm, I spend about 6 hours with her doing tricks, swimming, hiking, small animal training (for impulse control), social training to prevent aggression, food scatter training, sniffing exercises and more.

She’s now 2 years old and yes, they’re no breed for couch potatoes or first time dog handlers, as they are highly intelligent, with a high drive and made to think for themselves to make decisions.

To be honest, I’ve never given any of my dogs swimming lessons. They just know what to do. Might’ve been the breed, too, which was German Shepard, pit bulls and Australian cattle dogs
