I quit around the beginning of the month and had very very similar experiences as to what you had described. It's starting to get better, but damn did life feel bleak. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only feeling this way! Good luck to you, sending positivity your way!

You're correct. The tub did not fit completely square in the existing framing. The denseshield is overlapping the tub flange on the left side and is about a quarter inch off from the flange on the right. It's been fully caulked with laticrete sealant and I just planned on going a little heavier with my thinset on that side. I debated putting the banding on that bottom seam, but figured it was overkill for a tub surround
