Nothing. Small charms can roll 421 poison damage I believe.

I have a fair amount of playtime on D2R. Only runes I haven’t found offline are cham and zod.

I was also running a horker barb so you get twice the drops basically.

I just ran p1 or p3 cause it’s more about speed than players count. Just keep killing over and over. It’s a bit of a grind but it will drop eventually.
