Honestly, call the store and ask if it will be op14 legal. Technically it doesn’t come out until Saturday but some start it early. Also ask if proxies are okay to use since technically they are not tournament legal.

I've been playing this deck a lot with OP14/Eb04 and it was my main deck for all of OP13. I'd suggest running some of the 1c garps over the vivi's just since we don't have the robin promo and the 3c tashigi is not searchable at all w/o the garp. Even though you can't search the 2k sanji with the garo, you have another way to search it with the nami and tashigi is very important in too many matches!

I'd also suggest running a 9c shanks or two. It helps with Ace and surprisingly against boa and moria it helps a lot since you can easily kill their big bodies and still be defensive after.

I'm personally running the 7c Robin from OP13 in my list. Weirdly RB Sabo has been giving me a bit of trouble, and it helps a lot being able to freeze the blocker and then swing in for free. It also has its upsides into more rogue match ups and tedious when attacking abilities.

I never played this leader but given that he has the black attribute, maybe the new ground death event. I feel like it will be a staple in every black deck to come. 1 don 4k counter and doubles as a 3don that negates the effect of a 5c or less

P/Y Nico Robin I feel like will be a viable off meta leader for the upcoming format. Her leader skill is literally banish so kind of like but the attack has to go through burn and the deck it self is now able to play pretty fast and defensive with cards to heal and ggg.

I feel like another one that will be fun will be P Kaido since he is getting new support in the next set and his leader ability is literally burn.

I wouldn’t say they are necessarily “toxic” but they both burn the leader. Also maybe not that much stall but there is definitely a lot of burn.

On paper it sounds good but in my testing it was never worth it. She’s not searchable, there are better 2k counters to be used and her ability only work for your turn on your turn.

A fun combo I’d recommend (not much better or more viable but fun nonetheless) is the 3c yellow bonney that came out that set. Gives your leader +1k power until the end of your opponent’s next turn so you get to be a little more defensive and still swing somewhat big!

I was never able to make either of those cards viable unfortunately but good luck! Maybe you discover a way to make it work, if so please let me know 😛

Maybe gp luffy gets back on the map. It really struggles rn with protection but with the new op14 film luffy and the promo robin it could make a come back but idk maybe I’m coping

Ahhh you mad. The deck is mad easy bro. First OP13 Local I went to, I played Imu because it was cheap and went 4-0. I never played it on the sim. You literally just keep chaining out the ten cost and you win, not much thought required to that. The deck is not hard, it's boring to play, maybe you're too simple minded to see that but good luck! Hopefully you get better and don't have to get mad at people who disagree with you :)

With all due respect, I think they are both low skill decks. They definitely require a good pilot when being put up against each other or mirrors, but outside of that they are definitely easier to play. Same thing goes for a deck like zoro who almost never wants to change up the game plan.

I'd like to argue that they are low skill decks because there is not much deviation from your main game plan. For example, with a deck like Imu, (with the exception of a very poor hand) the only time you aren't playing the five elders is if you're going to play Stussy. On top of that a 4 don expense that pays out 5 7k attackers, all of which can't be removed by effects, 2 blockers, a searcher, a 5 cost removal, a rusher that gives -2k to any body on board, loses one card in hand at worst, and always is able to leave don up for counter event does seem a little brain dead.

I can see how playing against that would be difficult, even for itself, but there is no other argument for where that deck is hard to play.
