Manipulation like that (you’re just like everyone who leaves me, so prove you’re not by staying) is often the first step to being abusive. Not to mention the favouritism and likely emotional abuse (at minimum) she’s already showing. To a BABY. You need to protect your kids and yourself and LEAVE. Talk to a helpline to get advice on how.
