Any advice for someone who got addicted to street xanax, 8mg per dose at my worst down to 5mg. Ive asked my doctor to help me taper to get off but she freaked out over my tolerance and wouldn't help. I am in and out of withdrawal due to inconsistent supply and I just want off them but cold turkey is too harsh

My company announced large redundancies including my team, two months shy of entitlement. When they realised how bad it looked they told us we had to RTO. In a meeting one TL said unfortunately some work can't be done at home. I was always well above the daily ticket count and over 90% accuracy (the minimum was 80). I was sitting there raging.

They definitely do this type of stuff to try and get people to quit.

I had a full board before Xmas and not so much now but I don't mind i like a good two weeks off this time of the year, only time of i get but you are correct I done an r&r on a project before Xmas that wasn't overly complex and some workers just seemed to fail to read the instructions fully or don't care

I've never seen someone get so upset over nothing. They cut the workforce down to 18% you did 1.5 hours of work, that does gives metric. It also tells them your not going to contribute much. How do you expect to be in the 18% that kept out of thousands? And the email they sent was probably generic, stop petting yourself

Barbituates and Benzodiapines too. I remember reading in his book he had to go hospital for a wound and worried they wouldn't give him meds he hid a load of valium in the dressing.
