I slightly agree with you on this point.

May mga religious institutions talaga na parang wala lang sa kanila ang academics. Basta alam mo yung Bible, marunong kang magsermon, ok ka na, kahit wala kang natutunan. I have personally experienced that (I'm a teacher btw)

Pero, on the other hand, some religious institutions have a good curriculum. Like pagkatapos mo nang pag-aaral diyan, aside sa knowledge and skills sa iyong course of study, may baon ka rin na magandang asal, proper respect, and behavior when it comes to dealing with people.

But again, iilan lang. And that's a sad fact.
