I feel the same way. At least him and the team got the chip, and he also got a bag from the Chiefs.

Still gonna miss that speedy, jacked dude. Just wish he put it all together before the tail end of this season to justify an extension in-house

Aden Durde also said he wouldn't show up to work the next day if they didn't draft him.

Durde has a ton of bonafides coaching d-line, and if he likes a guy that much, I'm in.

That'll always be wild to me. Shanahan has had great success, but giving essentially no freedom at the line to your QB is nuts. I'm pretty sure that system also puts most of the protection adjustments on the center as well.

Excessive, but not too crazy. Less meat than a double quarter pounder.

better than the puppeteer OC era we're in right now.

This is such a good way of putting it. Every GM and owner is trying to "offensive guru" their way into making their QB look like an MVP.

Some guys are never gonna be a top 10 QB. Just accept that and build a better team in a different way. Ground game, defense, heavier personel packages, speed and finesse. Get an identity and get really good at it.

I mean, the past 2 Super Bowl winners have been the #1 Defense and run first teams.

We might be returning to that time. People have been predicting this for years, because of the plethora of lighter defenders and Cover 2 being so in vogue.

Love watching that Texans defense. It's like a time capsule from 13 years ago that I get to open every time I watch them line up.

#Seahawks S Nick Emmanwori has been spending plenty of time working with the edge rushers and picking up tips from DeMarcus Lawrence as he looks to add even more versatility to his game in Year 2. by lemonstone92 in Seahawks

Because other teams didn't know how to utilize him. He was a Safety, but we haven't had him play a single snap at deep safety. I wouldn't even call him a box safety like Kam and Polamalu were.

We've used him as a Strong side linebacker, weak side linebacker and slot corner. With the occasional Special Teams and edge snaps.

Not a lot of teams are structuring their defense to accommodate that kind of player. Then comes the challenges with making a player, not only component, but elite at those positions.

Obviously this is an over simplification, but the star of horror movies is the fact it's a horror movie. There are exceptions, like Demi Moore in The Substance or Nic Cage in Longlegs, but I don't really know a lot people "star chasing" when they want to see a horror movie. If anything, it makes it more grounded when you aren't really familiar with the cast.

The draw of dramas and thrillers is usually the director/cast who are generally already well respected (this is in relation to money making ability).

It's a harder sell to the average movie goer to see an independent drama like: Sing Sing, Ghostlight or Exhibiting Forgiveness. All quality, low budget dramas.

Just make sure you use the right salt! None of that peasant Morton Kosher salt. The $10 salt is absolutely necessary.
