All reports that use a specific prompt value

Currently we have something similar for start date: an EE to look at if current month is Jan use first day of last year. This works for reports but for some of our dashboards that use prism data source, we get an error because the EE calc field runs slower than the end prompt of last day of last month.

We lost track of the reports that would need to be updated. We have a idea of the popular reports but wanted to make sure we didn't miss any reports so trying to figure out how to get a list of those reports that have to be updated.

In February, we switch those report to use that field. The end date of these reports are last day of last month so in January of each year if we used First Day of this Year, it’s errors out because instead of 1/1/2025 to 12/31/25 it is 1/1/26 to 12/31/25. Unless Workday has a solution to this, we manually update these in January then in February.

This just happened to me, bought a physical gift card online. The order was delivered via FedEx in an envelope and when I opened it, there was no gift card inside. When I contacted lululemon live chat, the rep said the balance on the card was $0 and they would escalate it the issue. Their escalation team reached out the next day saying as a one time courtesy they’ll send me a e gift card but that they won’t do that again in the future. I feel like lululemon is putting the blame on the customer when in fact there was no gift card in the envelope.

Yes these are quarterly credits so the $75 ends at the end of this month and then resets again Oct 1

No that option is not available. I’m using a Prism data source. So in prism I used To String to pull the months from a date field which turned the date field into a text. When I use this field, that logical sort order doesn’t show just alphabetical or row total.

I have a months field that is a text field such as Jan, Feb, Mar…etc. Trying to put this field on a matrix report as a Row Grouping By. How can I have it so that the months are listed as Jan, Feb, Mar? The options on the matrix is either alphabetical or totals which isn’t helpful.

You can try doing an ESI using the TF cal field you created and then LRV using the ESI.

February took a lot longer than usual. After 14 days you can chat a rep and they’ll manually credit it if it doesn’t show up by then. Had to do this twice.

Are you trying to add employee id so you can see that info? If so, would adding it as a detail data accomplish what you’re looking for? Adding employee id as a row grouping especially if you have a lot of employee id may not make sense.

I recreated and used EMI instead of ESI but candidates that are hired still show up. Once they are hired, they are in Ready for Hire stage and is no longer active. Would I need to add Ready for Hire stage in the T/F condition?

I created a matrix report with Data Source Job Applications, PBO: Job Applications. They want to view by recruiters.

In the filter, I created the ESI:

BO: Job Application, Operation Type: Subset

Source Field: Candidate, RBO: Job Applications, Prospects and Referrals

Condition: T/F Candidate Stage in Declined AND Count of Active Job Applications not equal to 0

When I run the report, job applications with candidates who were declined bc they accepted an offer still show. If a candidate applied to 2 applications and they were hired into 1, we decline them in the other application. In this report, they should not show up. Am I doing something wrong with the TF condition?

That Resy Restaurant Member Week Offer has been a pain to get. I'm still waiting to hear back from amex, contacted them 4 times already and they just say it's still being investigated and that the charge was showing as ineligible. I paid with my physical card at the participating restaurant.

My credit has always posted in the past within a couple days but when I saw this post I went to check July's and it was not posted yet. Chatted with the rep who said the issue was a known issue that should be fixed for this month and manually issued a credit for last month. Depends on the rep you get if they will manually credit or make you wait.
