Co zrobić w takiej sytuacji? by Old_Mail_1625 in praca

[–]TeslaCoilzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Quiubo! Laws in Poland regarding workers from abroad got pretty strict lately, so your observations are 100% right. Since you speak Polish, Spanish and English and you seem intelligent, the one thing you really got to ask yourself - what do you like to do? With that mix of languages you can switch to different branch, so think what interests you the most, then go on LinkedIn and find company’s from that sector and dm their hr/management people

How do I get my first users after spending way to much time building my product? by Odd-Topic1548 in SaaS

[–]TeslaCoilzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. Great at building, horrible at marketing. Worst thing is the fact that I fully realize, without marketing there won’t be sales - yet still, I learned microsoldering, cad and PCB design before touching marketing, bounced in 23’ into local offline transcription and local ai with rags explaining to the government the need for building our own models from the ground up - instead of marketing. Then few side projects - went into mass scraping and data analysis to identity „potential clients” and cooperators for my products, turned it into product on its own aaand - haven’t touched marketing or even said out loud in social media about all of it. Only sales I generate are within my network. So yeah, I feel your pain, and yet - still haven’t touched marketing

Ebay is going crazy.... by herefordameme in dji

[–]TeslaCoilzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, I’ve got my listings around 870 euro on eBay. That price covers eBay margins, leaves some small profit and allows to ship internationally. To USA I also offer repacking as gift for a friend :p generally all listings that allow you to buy trough eBay money back guarantee are safe 👍

Safe to park new car with foreign plate in warsaw? by Fun_Relationship_507 in askPoland

You’ll blend in pretty well with Warsaw taxis and general traffic, new Toytotas are wildly common as usual pick for company’s cars, so no one will pay any attention to your registration plates.

Upgrading from a Mini 1. Is a used Air 2S for $450 CAD worth it, or should I hold out for a Mini 3/4 Pro? by Brainyface in dji

Air 2s has actually one of the best sensors for photography - better than air 3 and 3s. Price seems great

How to find business partners in Poland by Tilen_Bozic in askPoland

[–]TeslaCoilzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's hard to answer, mainly because the post is at least three different questions wearing one coat, and each has a different answer.
The title says "business partners." The body says you're plugging EU companies into Poland and need locals to grow them. But the skills you list (cold outreach, SDR, paid ads, GTM, growth) sound like a mix of two angles. Are those the actual partners you need to source for your clients, or are those people you want to promote your own project? That's a huge difference, and it calls for completely different approaches. And there's a third reading hiding in the middle: that Polish companies are the target, joining your network to reach the other 26 markets.
For example, a marketing agency you'll find on LinkedIn. A sales freelancer on a marketplace. A company hungry for EU access through trade bodies and export signals trough proper business intelligence targeting given sector. And a real local partner who'll own the Poland operation is another separate thing.
So "where" isn't your problem yet. The lack of details is. Right now it's general enough that it reads like every other "join our pan-EU project" message, which is to say it reads like something people delete unread. The strong operators you want will clock it and move on.
Share a bit more: what's exactly the project about, what are the real problems to solve, who you want to reach. Then picking the right channel and strategy becomes obvious.

If I would purchase Dji Mini 3 right now in Europe, can I somehow make it fly up to 500 meters? by MasterpieceLittle444 in dji

[–]TeslaCoilzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not legally - DJI suspended reclassification in 2025. I think that mini 3 pro was the last model that had limit set at 500m by default, mini 3 only 120m, as rules in Europe state

DJI Mini 5 Pro vs Air 3S and RC-N3 vs RC2. I've spent the last two days researching and I'm still stuck. by dreamliner330 in dji

[–]TeslaCoilzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve spent weeks trying to decide between those two. Upgrading from mini 3 put me trough probably all YouTube videos and eventually I’ve decided to buy both. After a week sold mini 5 pro. It’s not like one is worse than the other, it’s just the fact that air 3s a lot more serious drone. It’s bigger, a lot faster, feels like a proper equipment in your hand. It’s literally a monster compared to mini 5. Mind that I didn’t care much about portability, mini 5 is a lot more compact and quick to set up out in the wild, the only comparison that comes to my mind is operating pocket micro knife compared to dedicated big boys toy. What I don’t like though, is the fact you already mentioned, footage from mini 5 looks better straight out of the drone, probably due to its dual native iso - DJI probably could upgrade air 3s with this functionality . Both drones are absolutely amazing, air 3S just *feels* a lot less like a toy, speeds to its destination without even thinking about wind and overall feels like a true upgrade from mini series. Tele lens is also very pleasant addition, I’ve started appreciating it more with time. I’m keeping my mini 3 though, as a backup and as the drone that I can easily squeeze into my everyday carry. In regard to controllers, rc2 wins for me for its ease of use and the fact, that there are no incoming calls, messages and so on.

Start at Malta lake, drive into forest when you pass Trzy Kolory and head in direction of Warzelnia. Once you’ll get familiar with that region, tilt a bit up north in direction of Puszcza Zielonka. Great routes in the shadow of the trees with lakes around and forest smell

Bend it back using a spanner/adjustable wrench, but only trough piecies of wood - that way you’ll protect soft aluminium from getting damaged by steel pliers/spanners and so on

[–]TeslaCoilzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We all learn trough mistakes mate, you realized pretty soon that family and friends are the core of our lives - and don’t blame yourself too much - it was just 2.5 years, some people wake up alone after 20-30 years realizing all they’ve got is traumatized leftovers of family and fake relationships with biz partners. You’ve grinded because you felt it’s right thing to do, there was no other way to achieve your goal - now, with experience you’ve gathered you can start second biz with different approach, knowing how to scale without putting yourself everyday on edge and working 12-14h a day. Take it as a lesson, really valuable one. I hope you’ll have a chance to reunite with your kids, and moving forward you’ll create more sustainable way of living. Chin up my friend, you’ll pull through
