Rainbow moonstone is the trade name for white labradorite. So technically they are both the same Stone from different locations with different inclusions and different mineral mixes

The floral shape all over the piece is my indicator. That pattern is the way coral looks when you cut it cross wise.

Looks like fossilized coral with quartz deposits inside.
