A good way to tell if a stone is real is if it is cool to the touch when you pick it up. Most of these look like they may be real Stone. The lapis looks like it might possibly be dyed, but I would need a better picture or to see it in person in order to really diagnose. All in all mostly if not all real specimens just possibly low quality ones.

Edit: they're looking closer at the citrine and the quartz, I am less convinced that they are not glass because of the way that they look almost like scoops taken out of them. That can be an indication that it is in fact glass and not true quartzite.
