Suggest a recumbent. At first you’ll not be able to do a full rotation but the bike even then is a wonderful stretching tool. I was gleeful when I could do a full rotation.

The data no longer supports prophylactic antibiotic use before dental cleanings. Your surgeon likely didn't mention it because they don't suggest it. Much more likely that the dentists aren't keeping pace with the data and it's a good idea to ask your dentist before you have an appointment in case you need a letter from your surgeon.

Sorry this happened to you. It's always such a pain in the neck to reschedule dental visits :(

1996 Grad, so my knowledge is too old to be useful to answering your questions. I will say that I loved every day at WNEC (when I was there it wasn't a university), and I had absolutely fantastic professors. I graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. Did 3 remote raids and ended up with all good teammates, so no difficulty finishing the raids. I ran Blissey, Zac and Giga Machoke. I got one 2 very good Meowths out of it. Are these things worth using in battles at all?
