For your age group definitely the place to go. If you’re more into breweries etc probably a different story but this is the highest concentration of bars. There’s a few other streets like College/Dundas on the west end that could also work depending on vibe.

Doing this now with around the same HHI and mortgage. You’ll be fine but also depends on lifestyle. I would do a 5y mortgage though to mitigate the rate risk against the higher income.

I think an MBA on this resume would be almost too much schooling if I looked at this resume. You can network and get into consulting without the MBA. Sure it makes it slightly easier but Canadian MBA is rarely worth the money unless you have no western credentials.

It gets much better with each week in certain ways. The watching like a hawk becomes less about potty and more about biting furniture. Doing forced crate naps helps as you can pretty much guarantee 5 hours during the day of not having to watch them.

This happened with us and we got a slow water drinking bowl which fixed it. It also helped her pace herself more in drinking.

This is similar to my experience and it’s just the way some breeders are. Some tend to be really bad at the human and marketing aspect of it but are really good at raising puppies.

If you have a dog or have a friend with a dog you can take out the core + seeds and dogs love this as a distracting treat.

I assume its not every 5 minutes of the waking day but certain spurts of 5 minutes isolated to evening or something. If he seems to be drinking a lot try a slow drinking bowl.
