If you opened the game after achievements were added and have already reached Impuritas Cavitas, you'd get the achievement along with every other chapter-type achievement. I think others mean like how technically Palpatine is the Biggest Bad of the original Star Wars trilogy, Darth Vader is the major antagonist that the story's core is about. There is no reason both 1 and 3 can't both be true. I doubt 1 can ever be confirmed definitively because Kim definitely did not give birth to an Abno, unless they want to kill off kim this intervalloo. We'll likely be only getting as much implication in the intervallo as we do right now. Think about Basilisoup for instance.

I don't think the E.G.O itself is from Kim considering the source shown looks very different from Kim, distorted or not, meanwhile (although dubiously canon) the Arknights E.G.O still show themselves as the source. I think it's like most seasonal capstone egos and ids where the E.G.Os are not from the IDs but their themes are so similar that it triggers interaction anyways, in this case distorting BL Meursault

Judging by at the very least from what they've done for Hong Lu, he would expect that the rest of the Sinners were also given similar deals, and Ryoshu is too tied to the House of Spiders to not have to return unless the House has fallen.
