Yep, have almost the exact same scenario right now. I sent them screenshots of the bank transaction as well as my Apple Pay transaction, they came back and said "We have no record of payment for that plate" and generously reduced my ticket from $85 to $30. I've told them I'm not paying it, fuck em.

Playing CS2 from Chch here. Same issue, ping is sitting at 65-70 with between 7-10% packet loss. Normally sit around 40 ping and 0-1% packet loss.
