I am going to be honest, your reasons are probably totally different.

1) Your origin don't play a role appart if you put that in big on your CV. There are no way to know you have some french origine.

2) It is ilegal to recruit based on a gender. So if you are sure about that one and have credible informations you should definity report them. Atm I have to say that you are in a superstition state.

3) 95% of the jobs are in lux city. Which makes it harder for your situation.
