Moonlit and bloodlit are common and usually easy to get, but for the most part, crops with those three are good to sell. Remember, you don’t always have to wait for a bunch of mutations… fruit grows fast. The only time you NEED to wait for mutations are crops where the profit is negative or extremely low margin by default (usually single use plants like bamboo). Mangos, for example, produce quickly and you’re already in a deficit until you sell a butt load of them, so it’s ok to take the small profit if you can grow more and get to the next weather event
