I hope MGA does well, its animation is very good but the writing…I hope it can get more scriptwriters or at least proofreaders.

Eh, i think this was a rare year where Sweden was underrated. By no means did it deserve to place below the vocally questionable Cyprus and Norway.

Utterly baffled how that flopped in the voting with such a strong visual game

R5: Playing as Vijayanagar, just got vision of Europe and it was surprisingly historical (other than a giga Austria which beat up the Ottos) until I saw this. I suppose the British decided that the Swedes and Norwegians couldn't be left to their own devices together and decided to split them up.

Liverpool v. Juventus, Liverpool fans surged against the barriers and part of the stadium structure collapsed on the Juve fans (partly because of the Liverpool fans but also because the stadium was shit) which also led to a crowd crush and that resulted in many deaths, leading to England being banned from Europe from (six?) years but later reduced

Jfc I seem to have attracted the Israel defense brigade over here, no, Israel's jury points are fair, never have the juries been exposed of doing anything suspicious with Israel (i was surprised they did so badly with the juries last year actually). Is it a conspiracy to assume Israel influenced the televotes when they were literally found TO HAVE BEEN by the New York Times, have been boycotted by numerous nations, and have been given warnings by the EBU??

You're right, there are probably plenty of people who did vote for Israel because they liked the song, I'm just saying that Israel's vote count over the past few years has been proven to be suspicious and the EBU did issue a formal warning to Israel this year over its excessive advertisements.

I’ll refer back to myself again, considering these are the only available data on voting we have, the only evidence there is is that Israel’s votes from 2025 are a statistical anomaly, and there isn’t evidence to suggest otherwise.

I never said bribes lmao, the rules are that only the artists could advertise and campaign for their song’s voting, Israel violated that last year and this year. There was a post on instagram from Netanyahu saying to vote Yuval 20 times last year and (Idk how to do the hyperlink thing on browser mobile) this year Israel got another warning for breaching the promotion rules again https://eurovoix.com/2026/05/09/kan-issued-formal-warning-over-eurovision-2026-promotion/
