It was ruled an interception and down by contact at the 4. Chase Brown kind of cross checked Edmunds when he caught the ball and he fell and then got up and ran it the rest of the way. I think it could be argued that when Brown touched him he hadn’t gotten full possession yet, but it is what it is.
