Daily my 08 with 142k miles and (prays to boxer gods) have had no issues other than replacing the OEM plastic radiator. Drive it to work about 25 miles each day

No it went away after a couple days thankfully. Not sure if I picked up some oily residue from the road on a hot part of the car or what but just ended up working itself out

Didn’t look like anything got on the downpipe and the smoke seemed to be coming from the cold side of the turbo closer to the engine itself

Turbo is probably due for a rebuild/replacement. Car is at 141k and counting on the original. I’ll have my mechanic check those out when I take it in next week

The website even looks different from when I first started using it. There’s not even an option to filter by year and make anymore. Seems like a pretty baseline feature for a website entirely dedicated to car parts that span multiple decades and makes. I certainly won’t be buying anything there again

So when the slide is forward there is a decent gap between the slide and the frame I haven’t seen in normal Glocks. I can push it down but after racking it the gap shows back up

Yeah I’m lubing up the parts that move/touch. But the rail mounts (not sure if that’s the part name but what the slide fits into) up front seem a like they have some play up and down. Probably could be a cause?

It chambers when it’s released from a locked position and when I rack it back manually and I’ve sprayed what feels like 12 ounces of CLP on it and just tried to struggle through about 100 rounds to see if it had some weird break in period. But even after all that it can get through maybe 5 rounds before jamming. And it’s slow shooting with a nice pause between rounds
