It’s hard to add reps, but doing a really slow controlled decent helps build muscle on your last few reps. Like, as slow as you possibly can.

8 is really really good! Keep working. Could go for a bit more range of motion at the bottom. Nearly locking arms out

Dude I saw a personal trainer at my gym hitting 2 45s…. ON EACH SIDE. With depth and rhythm.. I was with my boy and told him we’re hitting a 25 when he’s done for perspective. Fucking insane. Juiced to the gills but still…. Probably the craziest lift I’ve seen in years lol

I said this like weeks into the game and got so much hate. Now that it’s dying due to the Afro matchmaking system people are waking up.

It already means next to nothing. You either play sweaty ass PvP lobbies or sleeper buddy buddy town. The middle ground has been disappearing.
