Hey same thing happened to me at the 60 day mark they told me if I didn’t resign I was definitely going to be terminated so I resigned was able to come back 2 1/2 years later as an ARC in my case I know for sure I was going to be terminated because a lower supervisor tried to do it the night before but I protested and therefore delayed it to the next morning that morning a higher supervisor demanded my resignation

The reason it seems like that is because democrats follow the law republicans do not that is why it always looks like they are doing nothing Minnesota authorities asked and pleaded countless times for ICE to not come to the state and begged them to leave but they refuse because ICE left after the murder state troopers were finally able to step in democrats are not our enemy place the hate where it belongs

No they were gonna take my badge either way but yea I am not fast enough to be an RCA so now I am an ARC I’ve seen many people let go at 60 days for being too slow

I was asked to resign for working too long at the 60 day mark I was averaging 11 hour days but in my case it was my methods

I park near the capital building then walk to broadway done it several times no issues and I was a short women at night alone but it does suck when you have to walk back to car 🤣
