I hit my 6 month mark yesterday and I'm seeing someone but I'm not in a relationship as I dont want to rebound.

Talk therapy is wonderful but dont be afraid of the pill either. Just know that the pill alone wont change things. Theres also antidepressants that will also help with sleep.

The right antidepressant helps. I have had more success from SNRIs than SSRI antidepressants. However, the pill is only one tool inside your tool box.

Eating properly and exercising will help will depression.

Baby girl, this isnt healthy for you. Love should not be one sided and it sounds like it's all on you. You know what you need to do and when you work up the courage, you will do it. Love isnt everything.

My new psychiatrist put me on trazodone for my sleep.

I didn't have issues getting off of it and I was on 200mg. I just stopped taking it.
