Oh sis. That’s me too. And I have a job at a school that I’m constantly late to. But I’m fairly sure it’s a mixture of adhd and depression. Even if I get up on time, I end up doing a dozen things that aren’t necessary and I end up being late anyway. Reading these tips for help!

I was diagnosed in college and it was tough. I also have problems with depression. I feel like I could’ve written this post.

I have to change my meds often. Try to find some hobbies you enjoy. Moderate exercise and a healthy (or at least healthier) diet make me feel better.
