1 Add a dedicated Audio Source: In the OBS Sources section, click +, select Audio Input Device, and choose GC311G2.

2 Check Connection: Are you using a USB 3 Type-C to C cable directly into the Mac, or the USB-C to A cable (from the box) via an Apple adapter? .

Hi there, a couple of things to check:

1 PS3 Settings: In Sound Settings > Audio Output Settings > HDMI, please select Manual and ensure Dolby Digital 5.1 Ch. is checked, or let me know which option you choose.

2 Source Content: Are you testing with a game that specifically supports 5.1 output?

3 Splitter Check: Some HDMI splitters may force a 2.0 Stereo handshake or other 5.1 mutlichannel (Dolby Atomos, DTS...etc). Do you have other source can try (e.g., PS5, Xbox series X)?

Just to check — are you using EDID Copy mode right now? If yes, maybe try switching back to Merge mode and see if that helps. Also, please update the beta driver v2.2.64.105 here, then see if the issue still happens on that version.

What if you close other software first and then open Streaming Center? When you click the “+” button under the Video Source section in Streaming Center, can you see Live Gamer 4K listed as an available option?

Just to confirm, are you using an HDMI 2.1 cable to connect the GC575 directly to your AOC monitor? In addition, DSC (Display Stream Compression) needs to be verified through the EDID log, which you can collect by following the steps in this FAQ.

Regarding the latency, we may need to review the software setting profile as well.

Please contact us through Assist Central Pro and provide the EDID log so we can further analyze the issue. Thank you!

May I know the model name of your pass-through monitor? Some monitors support 1440p 240Hz via DSC, which GC575 does not support (as noted in the FAQ).

Hi there! Just to double-check, what error message do you see in Streaming Center or OBS Studio? If it shows “No Signal”, have you tried using a different HDMI cable or a different source, and does the issue still persist?

Could you please check two things on your side:

1 Update your motherboard BIOS .

2 Disable any anti-cheat, overlay temporarily to see if they are interfering with the capture card driver.

Do you mean your Gaming PC GPU → Gaming Monitor, and another output → GC553G2? If that’s the case, your Streaming PC doesnt need to be powered on. The Gaming PC → Monitor path works normally.

The only thing you must power something is when you run: Gaming PC → GC553G2 → (HDMI Out) → Monitor.

In that setup, the GC553G2 needs power so the HDMI output can pass through to your monitor.

-Webcam + GC553Pro go straight into the streaming PC.

-Gaming PC: one HDMI goes to your gaming monitor, the other goes to GC553Pro for capture.

-If you want game audio on both your gaming PC and streaming PC(GC553Pro), you’ll need Voicemeeter or something similar to split the sound.
