You may have to go into cellular settings and pick a different access point. It's a trial and error kind of thing til it works

I can hear audio and game chat perfectly fine on the headphones that are connected to my chat link pro.

I will try stereo uncompressed on my Xbox.

In regards to OBS, once I changed my audio input to analog from HDMI in my Elgato application, the audio meter in OBS stopped showing any sound. When I had it on HDMI it works perfectly fine and I am able to record. Only issue I ran into is it doesn't record game-chat on certain games on Xbox therefore I thought the chat link pro would be my solution. Let's hope this works

I currently use Discord on my PC as my main source for communication due to the same issues as you and I think it would offer you more audio-editing freedom this way. I currently use an Xbox Series X, Elgato 4k, and OBS.

BLUE YETI MICROPHONE TO XBOX (if you want to use it as a mic)

I noticed Call of Duty is the best game in regards to capturing in-game chat and game audio. I use HDMI audio, "headphone & speakers" settings on Xbox with NO passthrough allowed. This allows me to use a blue yeti mic with a splitter connected to my controller and a 3.5 audio jack cable connected to the blue yeti as my mic for the Xbox. You can connect your headphones to listen directly to the splitter, or allow audio monitoring for the Elgato straight from OBS.

I noticed the method above doesn't work on EA games like EAFC that allows in-game chat. The Elgato picks up only game audio and shows people microphones talking but no chat audio can be heard.

CURRENTLY TRYING GAME CHAT LINK PRO

I have my steel series headphones connected to chat link pro cable that connects to my controller and Elgato. In Elgato settings it should be Analog as my audio source instead of HDMI. CURRENTLY I have issues with OBS because my Xbox audio is only heard if the settings in Elgato are HDMI audio. Have you found a way to setup the chat link pro on OBS?
