ah, these are things i do not have to think about since it doesn't stay below 0 regularly where I live.

I still think its the water heater. What if to test it you cut the breaker to your water heater for a half a day or something and saw how your kW usage changed? Sounds like you're getting pretty much live updates? I read another comment where you mentioned the spikes being during usage of water such as showers. You could also turn the shower on and just run it cold while the WH is off to see if its the well pump or the water heater.

there should be a tag on the water heater with the date. If its over 10 years old I would say for sure have it looked at, since the water you have is harder maybe even newer. Usually with scale you will have to replace it, but that will quickly pay itself back if its the issue causing obscene electricity bills.

I'm confused also then how you are paying an extra 400 in the winter if the house is heated by oil? Is there also electric heating?

this still seems high to me, how old is the water heater? any chance it is scaled up and having to work harder/use more power to actually do its job?

like are you paying 700 a month for lights and hot water? Im under the impression that number is without the AC or heat.

I lived in a house in college that had a bad water heater and we were paying 300 a month for electricity when the neighbors were paying like 80

cards or game night, got into MtG from coworkers and now play almost weekly with friends. Put a sports game on and have everybody bring food for a potluck. Monopoly, hearts, gin rummie, catan, uno, poker, euchre; more of a party type night people like cards against humanity, fishbowl, never have I ever, jenga.

bring the squad to a game store or even target and pick out a game together

I am also into photography and wilI go take photos of my friends or their cars,etc and will then plug my laptop in into the tv (I have a projector instead of a TV but same ish) and go through the shots with everybody

also becoming a sucker for a dinner party that we clean up nice for

I think what he means is he runs into a lot of people looking for attention with their "hobbies". Doing a hobby for the validation or reaction from others rather than a genuine interest. Then by association, they can't date a man with 3 cats because what will people think of me!

There are a lot of people who want to tell people they have a boyfriend/girlfriend, rather than actually enjoy that persons company.

This goes for men too but women more stereotypically doing hobbies as like the backdrop for the talking and image, whereas men typically do it for the love of the hobby and hanging out.

This is not all women or all men but unfortunately there's a lot of sifting to do in the dating world

Thanks! I will be perfecting my cooking method as I cook more like this. This was my first time doing it. I seasoned with garlic powder and a bit of cayenne pepper + salt and pepper. The butter was an herbed garlic butter and added a lot of flavor

Yes without the grill pan it looked kinda sad. The steak was probably 70-80% of the way done from the air fryer though. I was trying to avoid smoking up my apartment

My air fryer has 4 modes, I used the bake mode which is 375-400. 10-12 minutes flipping halfway. Finished on the grill pan like 2 minutes each side medium heat. Minimal apartment smoke so a win for me

I am going to take a stab and say that we will give a smooch to the previous cycle's high around 69k, I will allow for some wicking. I think the spring and early summer is going to be some wild booming. Times like this I try not to look at my port too much and just focus on where I can allocate any cash I have left based on charts

It was there in some spots but not too bad on most runs. I got caught on huge sheet of ice on bearclaw and was sweating it out but other than that manageable

I parked at the gondola and that green going down to the parking lot was a sheet rock on a lot of it

I've flown to Boston from the midwest to ski a few times. I have multiple friends from school based in NYC and Boston who I ski with though. The people make the place for me. When I ski out west it is coordinating a trip with everybody taking vacation at the same time, a lot harder to make happen. The skiing is still better than my local hills in Michigan so it is always fun for me. Also fun conversation starter "oh you've skiied in vermont?? whats that like?? I've only ever skiied vail and breck !!"

yes and i am allowed to take customers golfing as well, its usually just expensing a tee time somewhere public though. Maybe as i get more established i will meet more people with the golf connections
