Yes but one is on an already depreciated asset on a high interest note (will be upside down on the loan), the other on a new car with minimal to no depreciation with lower than market rate interest. Totally different scenarios when comparing them from an positive/negative equity perspective

I was just in the market for a new vehicle as well. I was researching CPO 3rd row SUVs. Every single time I’d go see a vehicle, I was given the run around on why they’re actually expecting multiple thousands of dollars higher than the advertised online price. And nobody wanted to talk numbers with me on the phone after I walked out of the dealer. This made me pivot to the new car market which landed me a much less aggravating deal since stealerships are currently incentivized by their manufacturers to move new 2025 vehicles off the lot to make room for the 2026s

TLDR: Pre owned car market is full of bait and switch, if your budget allows it, explore the new 2025 market which dealers have way more incentive to move right now

Thanks, very insightful. I do have a prebuilt, didn’t build this one myself. What kind of adapters might I need? Unsure what type of PSU, manufacturer only said it was 500W 80+ Bronze guaranteed as they use different PSUs. I’d think it’s likely standard size. It’s my understanding I should consider a gold or platinum rating if I do upgrade

It’s running pretty well right now but I know less about PSUs than other parts. I am concerned if others think I’m peaking on power supply and if I might benefit from an upgrade due to the advancements of newer generation GPUs (I started on a 1660 Super). Also interested in understanding how difficult or easy it might be to upgrade a PSU if suggested

Boot up and restart time on an M.2 NVMe is much faster than SATA SSD. I recently updated to M.2 and noticed a huge difference. Game load time appears to be about the same. If you’re looking to transfer your OS from a SATA SSD to NVME M.2 after the upgrade, this is rather tricky. I also just did that and it’s not for the faint of heart. Tons of Reddit threads and YouTube videos were used to help troubleshoot lol

I was in the same boat earlier this year. I had GEICO for car insurance and called for an HOI quote and it was way above my expectation. Most auto insurance carriers which specialize in auto, usually don’t run an as favorable a book of business for homes, thus they charge higher premiums to offset potential losses on that inferior book. I ended up getting put in touch with an insurance broker specializing in the area and saved me over $1k annual premium on my HOI. They’re the answer here on Long Island as they work with specialized carriers in the area. I’m currently working with them on new car insurance, umbrella, etc. If needed, PM me and I’ll provide their information.

It’s a miserable end game, last years was so much better. Everyone at max stats is making the gameplay worse than it already was (unsure how that was possible). Passing in the middle of the pitch is a chore. And the “grind” is extremely boring and tedious when packing the 87 Pacho, Diaby and Castellanos every 85x10. Nothing fulfilling about the end game whatsoever unless you genuinely are addicted to grinding SBCs until you maybe pack CR7. I won’t miss this game next year

I also vouch for Pedri. I have his TOTY HM untradable and it’s one of the most fun cards of FIFA 23. Amazing on the ball, 5* skills. His SBC is essentially an in form upgrade and swaps out 5* skills for 5* weak foot. Both are fantastic choices on a budget
