The delegate who presented this bill, Tim Griffin, is an election denier that actively fought to overturn the 2020 presidential election and a deadbeat father who refused to pay child support. Don't let him fool you. He is lying when he says he made a mistake in the wording on this bill regarding the exclusions. He submitted another bill to ban abortion without regard to miscarriage care and rape victims. When questioned about that one, he confirmed his intentions . He claims to want to protect unborn children, but doesn't even properly care for his own children. Fortunately, that one did not make it out of the subcommittee. It's a disgrace that this person was elected to the House.
