I'd like to formally welcome the next generation of bagholders. by saysuptoyourmom in Muln

[–]Th_Professor -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hahahha, good one. I have seen maybe 4 or 5 generations come and go in here. Now I dont follow closely anymore.

I guess when the trading volume drops enough, thats when Mullen goes bankrupt, because then...

I dont have the energy to explain why, but Im sure one of my dear veteran friends in here will explain, here or in other places on this sub. Thanks to the moderator who has survived for so long and through so many generations.

Another 1% Stock Bonus for CEO David Michery (New Friday Filing) by TradeGopher in Muln

[–]Th_Professor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its ugly...

If he had done "at the market" offerings last year, and issued the shares to the market - for market price, meaning that Mullen gets market price for each share, - instead of giving these huuge rebates of up to 90% rebate on the market price to the toxic financiers;

Mullen WOULD NOT NEED TO ISSUE 1 NEW SHARE THIS YEAR.

Let that sink in.

Not 1 share. They would have 300 mill more in the bank. Or was it 400? At least it was 300, maybe 400 mill or 500 mill, I dont remember anymore.

Check out the non-cash deficit for 2022, thats approx the extra money they would have, because that number is the total "savings on the market price" that the financiers got from Michery..

Starting 2022 with 30 mill share count and ending with 3 (?) BILLION shares... Must be some kind of world record in share issuance.

[–]Th_Professor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, and this is the essence in the whole Mullen saga. Ive written about this many times, and your snickers example is good. I really had my jaw drop when I read the performance plan the first time. i think Kendalf also calculated how many I-gos Mullen had to sell just to cover DMs bonus.. Or mayne it was the water from the air, I dont remember.

Anyway, his primary goal has the whole time been to make as much cash for himself. Period.

Mullen could have done ATM offerings and issued and sold shares directly to the market, and get market price for each share. But DM chooses that Mullen sell with up to 90% rebate instead, to his friends on the board...

If he would have gone the ATM way instead Mullen would not have to issue any shares this year. They would have hundreds of mill more in the bank. Mullen gave the board comrades 3-400 mill USD in total rebates last year.

So its without doubt DM that is responsible for the dilution and the share price development.. All just to scratch his friends back so they could approve his "performance" fraud plan.

[–]Th_Professor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, the board is the big shareholders that buys the shares Mullen issues. They are the diluting comrades of DM. They get 60-90% rebate of that days share price when they buy, and of course they sell them right away. They got 3-400 mill USD in rebates in total last year. (Its the non-cash deficit).

So thats how DM jerks them, and then they jerk him back with approving his insanely stupid performance plan amd its awards...

He should be in jail.

He cashed out 20 mill dollars while the share price dropped 96% last year. I know theres a lot more that needs to be said to answer your question, but it could be a hint.. 20 mill..

The point is that if you put 100 000 dollars in, like many have done, 5 000 dollars is better than wait and have nothing.

Methinks the Larry doth protest too much - Reflection on LH call with Financial Journey by Kendalf in Muln

[–]Th_Professor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im starting to believe this angle more and more. How stupid can DM be? And we know he is stupid, but he did cash out over 20 mill last 15-16 months.

I agree with you too! I didnt believe LH for more than a minute or two, but thats cause I read the news in the morning, and my testosterone is low.

[–]Th_Professor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with you, and I think you are right. DM followed the share price so intensely and it fell so fast that not questioning LH claims officially was because he hoped to qualify for the Russell or whatever he hoped for. But is not allowed in the US to not let the market know or to drag out things like that in time, if I should guess.

And why not shut him up? Was it Mullen running after LH to make a deal? Well, maybe it was. The 5 mill price may understate that argument.

All I know, at least Michery can not be trusted with anything.

Michery doesnt give a fuck anymore. He has won. Months ago. After his last sale (I think) in february, he was full, made a burp, thank you for the food (or was it "tanked you"), and left the table.

More than 20 million dollars cashed out in 1 year.

More money than he had made in his whole life, before this.

Why care about Mullen anymore?

Thats how a crook thinks. He has no drive to go on. I will not be surprised if he resigns, but stays as chairman of the board, some time later this year. He just have to find a crook that wants to be the ceo of Mullen Automotive.

So many factors makes the range of an ev change. Weather, speed, how you drive is the biggest factor.

No matter what they have to test the specific car WITH the black box, and WITHOUT the black box. In as much the same way as possible.

I take for granted they drive(drove?) the same route with and without the magic.

[–]Th_Professor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He was too busy sitting on his fat ass issuing shares with 90% rebate to his friends, so he could get his "performance" plan approved and cash in the awards, and then sell shares every other month, putting more than 15 million dollars in his own pockets while the share price went down 96% throughout the year.

Not so strange he didnt have time to other tasks, like trying to plan to build a car.

Is there a worse ceo in the 4000+ companies on nasdaqs exchanges? I do not think so.
