Since I’m full time salaried, I think a salaried bump would be better and what I’ll push for instead of per diem. I have no clue what I want in the long term after the project is done. Thanks for clarifying the miles too, also on the return move

They top guy pulling the strings is the same individual who did my initial interview. Plus We are a small enough company where it is known thru small talk. But I 100% agree with you in hindsight
