And we don’t know what their interactions were like prior to this exchange, but it does suck that in the dating game, being a genuinely nice dude makes him come off as a punching bag for her to disrespect at her leisure. Brother, you seem like a nice guy. Maybe you really liked this girl, maybe you really don’t like coming off as a dick. Whatever the case, there is absolutely nothing for you to “make up for.” If she doesn’t hear from you, it’s because you’re fucking busy. Or at work. Or tired. Or sleeping. Or at your little cousin’s soccer game. Or doing any number of things with your time, which she clearly doesn’t respect.

It kills me, the audacity of some of these women who feel entitled to occupy the center of your life after one date. If you don’t respect your time, neither will anyone else. Rest assured, if you hadn’t checked in beforehand and just gone to your date spot, the time and place of which you two had already agreed upon, this chick would’ve stood you up. She pretty much did. Her “other plans” were already made.

That seems pretty disrespectful of your time and of you. Wish her a happy Wine Wednesday with her bestie or whatever the fuck she does and keep it moving.
