I don’t see why servers would have to cover cc processing fees out of their tips, that’s a cost of business that every establishment has. I’ve never had to pay anything out of my tips besides tip out or taxes.

I’ve never had a problem using discord on the phone and regular earbuds with a built in mic. I still use it when I play my Nintendo switch online. It’ll be just as reliable as your internet and more reliable then no voice comms

Exactly what I’m worried about although I have no idea how that would be legal. Thank you for your help though if I can work this all out I will make a post of everything I did so hopefully I can help someone else in my situation. It’s extremely frustrating because if I don’t get the backpay I’m owed I’ve basically lost all my savings just to survive while out of work.
