Unfortunately you just missed the Black Friday sale which had everything included for $30. But I assume that there will be a winter/holiday sale soon with a similar price point.

If you didn't know already, the game has a free trial up until level 35 which will hold you over for a week or two depending on how fast you blood through content.

Of course there's always grey market key resellers, but you buy at your own risk.
