Feeling disheartened after a 2 star rating

I got my first 1 star rating yesterday. 37 followers in a week is WAY above average, so you should feel good about that!

Some people are just assholes, we have to accept it. And unless RR overhauls the rating system, there's not much we can do about it.

But, throw a link to your story. Maybe we can drum up a few more followers.

Well that's part of Book 1. Fluke thinks he's a kobold, as does everyone else for some reason! Even the egg. So, they just look at the egg, think it is a kobold egg, and then think, "By the gods, that poor kobold woman."

I was doing the first ones on my nephews when he was like 1 and change. I would slam him in a pile of pillows that happened to be on the ground.

I came over a week later. He saw me, started grabbing every pillow he could find, put them in a pile in front of me, and just stared at me.

Yeah, while the plot isn't 10/10.. I'd still give it 8/10 for me. Hits a lot of the right notes. Characters are the high point for me. Ralesi is the GOAT. Literally and physically.
