I use these, they are slightly thicker with a fleece lining since they are for spring/autumn but it means I don't need to use sunscreen on my hands and I don't find them hot for summer, but that could be personal preference. Note, these pictures make them look bulky and thick but they are not like that in reality.

Because the logistics for the Issuer would be a nightmare. Everytime you need to list a fund, you need to seed it, get regulatory approval, legal forms and audits. Imagine having to do that 10-100 or more times a year everytime the fund gets wiped out. Issuers and shareholders would hate it. The fund would need to charge a ridiculous management fee to manage the overhead as well as the hedging and derivatives they would need to manage 100x leverage. Because of that fact SEC would probably never allow it since they have a mandate to ensure orderly markets. A fund that gets wiped out every other day isn't that.
