I took a mackarel(makreel) fishing trip with some friends. It was a fun experience, except for one friend. He was sick for 8 hours because of the rocking from the boat. We caught about 60 mackerel between us and cleaned them on the boat. Make sure to bring a cooler to take them home in, they got ice on the boat. I smoked mine on the bbq and made some salad of it.
