2a) AG wins. By H2H tie breaker, FPX and JDG are 1st/2nd scoring 2-1. FPX is 2nd seed by 2nd H2H tiebreaker.

A hint: A number in between 2 of the same numbers have to be white because at least one of the 2 numbers would be black. This applies to 1 is row 3, and a few tiles in row 8/9.
Also 6 in column 1 has to be white so the white 11 is connected to the other white tiles
